Grief

Although part of life, grief is a process often misunderstood and as a result, feared or unacknowledged.

Emotions we find difficult to face include anger, resentment, fear, vulnerability, isolation and loneliness
 






 

Loss

We can experience grief at the loss of a job, accident or illness, a friendship or anything we had a strong attachment to.

Anticipatory Grief

A normal response to the knowledge of an impending loss.
